In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Chicago; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Illinois are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 11 amβ3 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach DH Noodles & Grill Chicago at (773) 317-2185; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Chicago is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Chicago follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I am sorry , I don't like to review businesses but I have to do it at this time, it was The worst food I ate on an Asian restaurant, servers doesn't know too much about the food, slow service, tasteless food , I ordered crispy spicy squid and eggplant and both of them were tasteless, my friends ordered noodles and they were served with excessive oily broth, I am now dealing with stomachache after a few minutes I left the restaurant. I am on my way to the pharmacy to buy some medications for food poisoning.

Loved the food here. Didnβt really know what to expect, but the food was tasty! Had the cucumber salad and it was such a refreshing dish. I also had the braised beef with triangular noodles! The broth was so good. Iβm still craving it hours later. The ordering process was simple as completed via scanning a QR code and the staff was friendly and kind. Would go back tomorrow.

Very unreal experience. The spacious atmosphere and the ability to stretch the noodles beyond your head without it snapping shows how bouncy and elastic the noodles are. Be prepared for an party in your mouth with every bite.
